Location of Kiahou

Let's make it a floaaaating city...in the sky! It'll fly around everywhere picking up people, especially students as it flies over various countries o.o

It'd be a good excuse for the place to have many nationalities in there o.o

A floating city in the sky? o.o with grass trees and a park, wow we better get a alarm installed for when airplanes pass throught

X3 well who knows where kiahou is. For all we know it sould be in a different dimention

Yeah.... No. I can't say yes to this. Why ? This is supposed to be similar to a normal school to not catch the normal humans attention. So, I would prefer if it was on a secluded part of town, like on a hill a few km away from the city or something.

Ok, one. Its not possible for an entire city to exist where ONLY magical beings reside. A lot of peoples histories features there parents that are non magical, living there.
Also, remember that the city is not the main focus. Its the school. The city is in focus only cause of the school.
