Ability: The weapon itself is a mystical Bo staff that's carried on the ear of the man. At first it's as small as two centimeters long, but the staff itself can extend. Once it has been activated, the staff gathers moisture in the air and around Bob to put under thecomplete command of the user. Once other attempt to wield such staff, it will revert back to it's 2cm sealed state due to the fact that it's MAGICAL.
1-99 points: 1-2 weapons
100-199 points: 2-3 weapons
200-299 points: 3-4 weapons
and so on and so forth

I have no need to do that, I can abide as to what I want my avatar to be. The moisture that I would be able to manipulate would depend on the area I am in. If it's incredibly humid one day, then the moisture of the air would be thick, allowing me to control more than usual.
