~Manifestation Personality: Ripper's mindset is perfect to match Jack's, considering what he is. A Doppleganger is more or less a perfect replica of whoever it belongs to, but as it is a being of the Dark it's more inclined towards sinister sorts. Ripper's tone is arrogant, his sarcasm and honesty are harsh and brutal, and he loves every second of it. Most people would think he has a superiority complex, and most people would be right. However, he "knows" this is not the truth. He's not flaunting his superiority, he merely asserts and reminds people of their inferiority.

Appearance: Refer to the Manifestation.

Ability: Ripper possesses a useful ability that allows him to change his form to whatever he wills. From a sword to a stuffed Teddy Bear (The latter has happened more than once in even dire situations), even a shapeless blob; and he can match the attributes of those weapons as well at will. He can be either as tough as titanium, soft as silk, or have no substance whatsoever (Literally becoming a shadow, though Magic would still wound him) all at whim. He can expand, shrink, etc. The ability is limited, though. He cannot suddenly transform into a laser rifle and fire off homing beams of death and destruction, though he could launch concentrated magic energy. But in such a case, the rifle transformation would mainly just be to make he and Jack look cool. This ability's true worth is in it's versatility, as it can be used for both offense and defense. Normally whatever he transforms into will just look like a shadow given form and substance, however he can actually change how he looks even down to bear the semblance of a well-polished blade in a sword form (Just an example). In short, he's a peerless shapeshifter, and a perfect mimic. Ripper isn't Human, and doesn't possess internal organs or the like, so things like poison would be rendered ineffective.


Miscellaneous: Ripper dwells within Jack's shadow and comes forth at his master's command, though sometimes he'll appear at his own whim. Jack constantly casts a shadow even under conditions which would normally make such a thing impossible. This is due to the Pact that binds the two as Ripper is an entity of shadow and darkness.

(Yeah... This ability requires common sense. Which I have, so we're good.)

F.E.A.R. - One of Jack and Ripper's most basic, yet beloved, techniques. Well, it's more of an innate ability rather than a technique. Ever since the Pact between them was made, Jack has been able to sense people's Fears. Though it's not really a Psychic ability, it only happens when he comes into physical contact with them. The longer or more the contact is maintained or made, the deeper into their Fears he can delve. At the first touch, only a basic Fear that will give goosebumps is revealed. Second is a little more scary, but not by much. At the third touch, it's a Fear that will cause the hair on the back of their neck prickle. Fourth is a Fear that will cause minor trembling. Fifth is a Fear that will cause all of the above and slightly more noticeable trembling. At the sixth contact, it's one of the most terrifying Fears they possess. Upon the 7th touch, their absolute worst Fear is revealed; something that will inspire mind-numbing, bone-shaking, chilling panic and terror.

After the XIII times of contact, and every time after, Jack gradually becomes one of their Fears. After 30, he becomes their worst Fear, and the previous one becomes their second worst. The effects of this ability last for 24 hours (Real Time) after the victim leaves the thread. However, after 30 there will always be a lingering, unshakeable Fear of Jack.
