Personality: Neo is a Quiet man first and foremost although he tries to protect anyone he an he is a shttered person because of it his life was tron apart by magic but he does not care to him it showed him to the truth. Although in the case of his sanity the cello playing really helps more about that in history.
History: Neo lived in the quiet part of southern France as a child and at only five magic was something he loved. Even though he was never really in contact with much magic he still loved instead his parents always used this line whenever the subject was brought up " magic will never give you what you need but if you get a talent at something when you are young that will set you for life". Even with what his parents said he could never enjoy or even become even remotely talented at what they offered him to learn in a way they could see it being hopeless as time went on. When he became ten they faced facts and one night they while neo slept sent him to an orphanage they quite leterally disowned there very own son. For many years he was picked on the only grown boy ever sent to an orphanage it was horrible for neo Often finding that running away was his only escape, even though he got dragged back and teased some more.
When he was running one day he had just evaded another police officer when he heard a strange yet soothing sound he searched and searched the entire city until he found an old man playing a cello in the street. In a way this music touched neo's very soul it made him feel like there was hope in the world although you would never have guessed it with the tune but it did not matter to neo. He began playing the cello and once he earned enough money he moved near the town he lived in while keeping up with his playing for money at various venue he finally got into his his life long dream magic now although he did not get the authentic learning of magic he developed his own style over the years giving him the courage to try and teach it to other or at least learn from the masters of it.
