Appearence:

The weapon appears as an elaborate ceremonial saber. The saber is pure silver with several markings all over it, the markings bear resemblance to blue and
red dragons climbing up the sides of the blade. Being a magical weapon, the blade is usually hidden in the condensed compressed form of a red pinky ring, only showing it's true form as a Saber when it's master, Yagyu, beckons it too.

Ability: The weapon itself harbors the power to gather and control the static electricity both in the air, and around Yagyu. The static electricity is then under the control and dominion of the user then at his full command and disposal. Since the weapon is magical, it is set up with a magical trap device so that if anyone but Yagyu attempted to use it's power, they would be attacked. The weapon would begin gathering electricity on it's own, and shock the false user directly through it and into their body.

Name: Yin and Yang Ring.

It appears as an elaborate black ring with a yin and yang symbol on it.

Ability:

Working together with Yagyu's other magical weapon. The electricity gathered from Raitei's Saber may be channelled into the users body in a safe unharming form, directly connecting to their brain and nerves. Unlocking the potential of the human body that the brain usually keeps supressed, due to the danger it would bring to the human body from strain. In short, this allows for the body to use it's speed and reflexes to thier utmost limit without harm to the body. The speed would be considered inhuman, allow movement so fast that after images are formed. The reflexes allow the body to move at precise angles at short notice, performing inhuman feats of movement and dodging; In short extreme agility.

Your second weapon is also approved, but a few side notes. You said that it unlocks the bodies' physical potential, but this DOES NOT mean you can dodge everything or kill someone in one attack. Also, the brain suppresses this physical potential for a specific reason; it puts way too much of a strain on the human body to maintain it. If used too much or too long at a time, muslces can strain or undergo severe damage or ripping; you could even destroy an entire muscle, tendon, or bone. What I am trying to say here is that this effect will be taking its toll and if you do use this for too long, you will be eventually unable to battle from overusage. Make sure you know when the body would start to strain and then explain how it is being strained in your posts. On these conditions, it is approved.

Yes, Mr. Takanashi. The use would not be unlimited as the human body can only take so much strain. Dodging everything or killing in one hit would be against the rules and auto-hitting, god modding, which I frown upon. As such, i'll keep that in mind and role play responsively. I do realize this and will keep all of it in mind as I use it.
