Incantation: Spirits of the fallen let your voices be heard on the flow of wind...
Ability: This attack that Rono has in his arsenal at the moment until he learns more. A huge barrage of blades that emerge from the wind that Rono forms. The blades are hidden with in the wind kind off like little needles but when the wind reaches the opponent it causes massive damage. He can also shift the movements f the wind with his eyes while they are their silver color while they are that color he is in full state of control with his magic.
Limit: 3 times per fight.
Duration: 15
Cooldown: 25

| A 14 post duration seems kind of high,
make the duration shorter and if you choose the cooldown can be shortened as well | |
